Consortium Structure Agreed
In consultation with SBD Associates a draft structure for the Consortium was created. This draft was shown to the sector at an event at the Tamar View Complex on 23rd January 2009. During an afternoon workshop the draft was discussed and following these discussions a revised document was produced.

Agreed Revisions after Consultation with Sector
Foot Anstey solicitors were appointed to help the Consortium consider their options and advise on appropriateness. Once this was agreed, the Memorandum and Articles of Association for Plymouth Third Sector Consortium were drawn up and each of the current Consortium members have signed these documents and they have been registered with Companies House. Plymouth Third Sector Consortium is now a Company Limited by Guarantee.
