Invitation to Tender - Research and Establishment of Community Anchor Network

The Consortium wish to commission a piece of work to establish an appropriate Community Anchor Network to operate across the City.  This work has been planned in two phases as follows:

  • Phase 1. Research the needs for a Community Anchor Network
  • Phase 2. Establish and develop the Community Anchor Network for an initial period until 31st March 2011

Full tenders to be returned by 12noon 29th January 2010 and the contract to commence 8th February 2010.
