Training and HR Support for Third Sector

Deborah Morris recently signed up to Plymouth Better Together (PBT) http://www.plymouthbettertogether.org.uk/ , a Plymouth 2020 funded project, as both a Charter Holder and a Delivery Partner. She was really interested to find out more about the organisation after seeing the logo advertised at a local greengrocers shop.

She then attended a breakfast where what PBT was looking to achieve was explained in more detail. She said “I knew straight away that this project was for me”. She saw the potential to support the Local Strategic Partnerships goals and objectives for the improvement of Plymouth and in particular working with the Third Sector.

Her background is retail Management, she has  experience in Coaching & Leadership Development, Career planning and progression, Workplace Mediation, Human Resources and Employment Law and a real passion for facilitating learning at all levels up to senior management. She is now keen to see these skills and experience used to the benefit of the Third Sector.

Deborah can provide low cost high quality training in all aspects of people management and human resources to the Third Sector in Plymouth as her contribution to the Better Together Charter.  In order to create a programme that matches the Third Sectors needs she has created a simple 10 question survey for us to complete. Based on the survey she will then look at starting the programme in February 2010.

If the link does not work please copy and paste the survey address into your web browser to access the survey.

If you wish to talk Deborah about any aspect of this programme or to find out more about her please contact her via her website www.Deborahmorris.co.uk
